{"id":824,"date":"2023-04-13T14:50:52","date_gmt":"2023-04-13T14:50:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/rfch.bvs.hn\/?p=824"},"modified":"2023-04-13T14:50:52","modified_gmt":"2023-04-13T14:50:52","slug":"resultados-del-ejercicio-de-control-de-calidad-externo-2022-de-la-sociedad-latinoamericana-de-genetica-forense","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rfch.bvs.hn\/?p=824","title":{"rendered":"Resultados del ejercicio de control de calidad externo 2022 de la Sociedad Latinoamericana de Gen\u00e9tica Forense."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Results of the 2022 external quality control exercise of the Latin American Society of Forensic Genetics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RESUMEN<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Introducci\u00f3n<\/strong>: La Sociedad Latinoamericana de Gen\u00e9tica Forense, desde el a\u00f1o 2003 organiza ejercicios colaborativos de comparaci\u00f3n interlaboratorios a fin de apoyar el fortalecimiento de los laboratorios de gen\u00e9tica forense de Latinoam\u00e9rica. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Objetivo:<\/strong> presentar los resultados del an\u00e1lisis del ejercicio de calidad correspondiente al a\u00f1o 2022. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Metodolog\u00eda:<\/strong> se dise\u00f1\u00f3 un ejercicio pr\u00e1ctico con cinco muestras: dos hisopados bucales (M1 y M2), una muestra de sangre en FTA (M3), una muestra mezcla de sangre-semen en FTA (M4) y un resto \u00f3seo (M5), siendo el ejercicio de calidad de SLAGF el \u00fanico grupo que incluye en su ejercicio de calidad muestras \u00f3seas. Se envi\u00f3 adem\u00e1s un ejercicio te\u00f3rico con seis casos; dos conten\u00edan una mutaci\u00f3n en un marcador especifico, uno consisti\u00f3 en una exclusi\u00f3n materna, otro de exclusi\u00f3n paterna, una paternidad sencilla tr\u00edo y un caso de identificaci\u00f3n de desaparecido, con muestras de referencia de presunta hija; su madre y abuela y t\u00edos paternos, los ejercicios te\u00f3ricos est\u00e1n disponibles en: http:\/\/slagf.org\/resultados-control-slagf-2022\/x <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Resultados:<\/strong> participaron 16 laboratorios y cinco peritos. En el ejercicio pr\u00e1ctico, las muestras de mezcla y los restos \u00f3seos presentaron los mayores desaf\u00edos, el consenso por muestra fue de 100% para M1, de 93,75% para M2, de 87,5% para M3,
